Date ; Sunday, January 23, 2011 Time ; 8:14 PM Title ; encouragement is it such a bad thing? A simple thank you, good job, keep it up, a smile, a pat on the back. Can there ever be too much? Encouragement gives people motivation to keep going and to improve. It helps us feel appreciated, loved, happy. Is it wrong to encourage people for a small thing they have done, no matter how small? At least it is something. It could help to give someone that little push forward that they need to make that something grow and become something a lot greater. Without encouragement, the world would be a lot duller, people will be less willing to work or do favours because they think it goes unappreciated. Yes, we should willing do favours and all without expecting thanks bc we should have good hearts and all that shit, but seriously, everyone needs a little love. But obviously you don't believe that. And we will never be enough for you. Today really was not a good day for me. Worst day of 2011 so far, by far. At times like this I wish I had a laptop so that I could curl up on my bed and watch videos or just keep listening to McFly. Listening to McFly really makes me feel so much better when I am down. Be it the emo songs that reflect my current emotions like Bubblewrap or the happy, bubblegum pop songs that cheer me up like Sunny Side of the Street, I'll be Ok, Surfer Babe, Do ya and so many more. Or just hearing my favourite songs really like Falling in Love and Sorry's Not Good Enough. What would I do without these boys?\ It's really funny how just this morning I was writing in my diary that my life is great. What a joke.
