Went to Sentosa on Monday during our holiday in-lieu of Deepavali with SCBT (:
I am totally broke now, srsly!
We met at Vivo at like 10, they went to buy some entertainment to play with at the beach (and anywhere else really), i.e. Ball and water gun
Then we took the train over to IMBIAH station and we went on the LUGE and SKYRIDE.
I was freaking worried that I'll crash, topple over and then injure myself the first time we took the luge, but then I realised that it's really nothing. Sky ride was HILARIOUS when I sat next to PF. She would scream and scream and so I'd try to start shouting out random songs to get her to sing with me. Like... ALL THE SINGLE LADIES, keep holding on, sugar we're going down, etc. etc. We picked songs that fit the ride. Hehe.


The helmets for the Luge are quite gross though. Imagine the number of people who had put that helmet on before and sweat like crazy. Or have dandruff. D:
Had lunch, then went to the Southern most point of Continental Asia.


We went on the beach and played with the ball in the water. I had to go all the way into the water to get the ball, because I have the longest legs, so my shorts got soaked.


My bag dropped onto the wet sandy beach! ): What a beach.
We then went to 7-11 to rest for a while. Got a Super Big Gulp to share!


Then we wanted to go for this close encounter with some bird thing, so we set off in the direction we thought was correct, but then we realised it was the wrong direction and the place had been right opposite 7-11 all along. Sheesh. Turns out we couldn't even touch the bird, so we went for our last ride on the luge.
Then we went to this Cable Car shop and Joe and Siew joint bought a rubber hand, which has up to this day, scared a hell lot of people in school.


Then we played bridge on the floor while waiting for Wen Hui and Antje to come and eat. I SUCK AT BRIDGE. But it's so fun! Random tourists would stop and watch us playing, and apparently someone tried to learn. Haha!
We then went back to the beach and played some more. Once again I got totally wet because I have the longest legs AND SOME PEOPLE CAN'T THROW PROPERLY. Then we played volleyball, and if you missed you had to do push ups. Then we played rugby with holes in the sand, and then we would sit on each others holes so the opposition couldn't score. Genius!


Finally went back to Vivo at 7++, long ride home.


Lesson learnt from this trip: BRING A FRIGGIN TOWEL. Wiping yourself with tissue paper isn't very effective.

PF and I were grabbing on to each other going OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!
And the English accent is just sighhhh.
I need to go to Britain and get myself a Brit Boy. Hehe.
Such a hottie. Sigh.

Ok just watched Gossip Girl episode 4, and there is NOBODY around that I can talk to about it, so what better place than here right? This is what blogs are for.
Episode 4 is my favourite out of the... 4 I've watched. :D
OMG the way that Chuck Bass is so freaking awesome and sweet to Blair while being the same egomaniac that he is. And the way there is a possible love story even though it's not an ideal pairing, but it's still great. And Nate was really cute for the short screentime that he had. And there was on Georgina in the episode today! And Eric is so cute even though he's gay. Never liked Jenny in the first place so never mind.

Okay. That little bit's done. Feels somewhat satisfying. OH, I was watching it, and then I realised that PF's mannerisms and way of speaking is somehow a lot like Hilary Duff's... Agree to disagree, but that is seriously the first thing that came into my mind when I was watching! Haha, I don't know whether it's a good thing or bad thing.


Glee is my new second favourite TV show (: This show choir thing is really catching on. But I love the show because they make cool covers like Halo/Walking On Sunshine/No Air/Somebody to love/It's My Life/Confessions pt II/a lot more. These people can really sing too! Their dancing isn't the best, but it's watchable. Haha. Guy in the middle up there is cute even though he's really wrinklified there. And OMG KURT IS THE BEST. ALL THE SINGLE LADIES ALL THE SINGLE LADIES (he's the one bottom center). Ah well, I'm not good with words so I don't know how to do those gushing posts about how awesome things/people/whatever are, I'm just doing my best! (:

It's really hard to believe that exams only ended 3 days ago. But I think it seems so long ago because I've been cramming so much into these 3 days.

Went to watch FAME (i'm gonna live foreverrr) on monday with nat and meiyin. We went to the Polo Club to have lunch first and OMG it was so cheesy. Everything we had except for drinks and desert had cheese in it: ceasar salad, cheese fries and pizza. But it was REALLY filling and it was fun (:



I started to rain after a while, but it was so pretty.



We then went to Cine to watch Fame but went around window shopping a bit first.

So, Fame.

Really great dancing and singing, but the storyline was just so non-existent! Like it would jump from year to year and like one year you'd see the person, and the next year, "Oh I'm going away now". So it really wasn't much plot or anything. But the dancing was OOH. and singing, Asher Book's voice is AWESOMENESS. But he's not all that hot (hear that nat and umi). Kay Panabaker's in the movie! I think the Panabaker sisters are awesome because they're so pretty :D


Went shopping some more after the movie, then meiyin left and nat and I ate dinner at taka and went shopping some more. The way Nat shops is scary! HAHA.

So then Tuesday had Halogen Leadership Challenge, I shall post the pictures when they all come up. It was quite fun, but I hated waking up at practically normal school time. There went my marking day. After the Leadership training went to PF's house to hang for a while before we went to meet Siew and Wen Hui and have dinner. Then we went to Joe's house and we watched Yours, Mine and Ours, which has Danielle Panabaker.

I had to leave like halfway through the movie because my mum came because she said she was tired. I like that movie though :D It's much better than Cheaper By the Dozen.

Yesterday had Leadership Challenge again, it was fun! The arm wrestling (where I was merely a watcher, arm wouldn't survive otherwise) and the bridge playing. HAHA. That's only the fun part of course. I just went home and watched Glee and SI after that.

Had socila and fine dining etiquette enrichment today. It was quite fun! But I felt like sleeping a lot of times. The 5-course meal was okay, not the best of hotel food, but that's expected. It felt so weird eating so slowly, very restricted. But it was fun. Played bridge with like our little exclusive bridge club of Sandy, Deborah, Chris, Jacq and Amanda. Hahaha played with Uno cards again, it's like our secret code, nobody understands how we can play like that!

Then went to Island with Nat, Meiyin, Chris, Gaya, Shana, Kelly and Sherilyn. We basically just ate ice-cream and camwhored. That's about it.




So overall it's been good, but I am so exhausted. Haven't actually had a day of real rest. Results come out tomorrow. OMG FREAKING SCARED, especially for LIT and PHYSICS. I can't fail an exam ): I really can't afford to ):

BUT WHO CARES. It's amath and english! Whoo I feel free. Though I know I should still be practising for amath. So summary of exams:
SS: So-so
Media: Good!
Chem: I think quite ok
Geog: Okay
English 1: Okayish
Chinese 1: Okayish
Emath 1: bad D:
Lit: BADDD.
Emath 2: Pretty good (except for stupid mistakes that cause other mistakes ):)
Physics: BADDD.
Chinese 2: Somewhat bad
Chinese 3: somewhat bad too!

Yeah. So all the best to me when results start to come out next week.

ANYWAY, went out with PF after school :D
We went to PS, changed, ate at Manhattan Fish Market, walked around attempting to find a dress that PF will wear only once, watched:



OMG, it's so uber good! Zooey Deschanel has a pretty unique look, except for the fact that her sister looks a bit like her.


And the Matthew Gray Gubler guy who plays Paul looked really familiar! From google search, I found out... He's from Criminal Minds! He's that guy with like semi-long hair. He looks different in the movie!

The movie is so sweet. Like seriously. Omg. TO MY FUTURE BOYFRIEND OUT THERE, YOU'D BETTER BE THAT GOOD TO ME. I won't be a bitch and dump you then lead you on then get married :D

Oh yeah! I saw Cheryl and Wen Qian and Linda and Subha and Hansen at PS too. Fun. Some haven't seen in a while and some saw hours ago. HEHE Ok random edit.

So, geog and chem tomorrow.
SS and Media on Friday was pretty okay I guess.
I felt so cheated. They basically just gave us the answer for the SS essay before the exam. TWICE for my class. Like WTH. Reverse psychology!
And I'm quite happy with the media exam! Before it, I said I hoped that the advertisement would be on skincare, and it would obviously include a man because of the whole patriachy ideology thing, and HAHA, it was a skincare for men ad! I am so good.
Studying at KAP wasn't very effective. Did geog for like 15 minutes while waiting for the lunch time to come, and then ate for about 45 minutes.
I didn't eat my McFlurry because Becky didn't eat her apple pie and ice-cream ):
SOMEONE GOT A1 FOR THEIR VIDEO MANS. But it's definitely not me. Because mine hasn't been marked yet. Or at least wasn't, on Friday.
I ate six subway cookies yesterday. Because I spent an hour alone on the NUS campus in between the media exam and tuition because everyone has parents that pick them up after media and no on wants to keep the poor, lonely me company.
But subway cookies are :D:D:D:D:D especially the double chocolate chip one. But Siew ate half of one of them.
Yes. So. Anyway.
