Hmm... I must say that Gillian's party LAST year was more fun. Firstly, I didn't have to be in a car with 5 p3's and 1 p1 talking away. At least I sat in front. I did m homework and when we reached there, I put my stuff down at home and then went down again. We ate a lunch of mashed potatoes and fish. Then we took a long enough time to change and then went downstairs to the swimming pool.

There was this big board thingy, and everybody was fighting over it. I was sort of like the mother's helper. We went into the jacuzzi and made a whirlpool. Then we went down into the big pool again and we played monkey. I had to settle a lot of problems between Gillian and Emma and Gillian's best friend. Once, I had to be monkey because Gillian and Emma were squabbling.

We went to to have the cake and food. And when we had just lighted the candle, it started to drizzle. So before even singing a birthday song, Gillian blew the candle. So we sang a real quick one and then ran into shade. We started to eat and then later we went back into the pool. Then there was this huge thunder and we all screamed and started getting out of the water. We went back up to bathe. The nicest friends that Gillian had was Evangeline, Claudia and Wai Ee. Gillian and her best friend are evil to Emma.

I went back home to bathe and then cam back down again. They decided to play a game for 4 people. There were 6 people. How smart is that? So Emma and I had to play together. Later we played pictionary, and I had Emma and Claudia on my team. Well, later Emma left, so we were stranded with just the 2 of us. They won, QUITE obviously. Then later we opened the presents and I went home.

Well, the nationals are over, the training has stopped and now I feel sort of weird. Well, all of us got a whole new bunch of pens! Last Tuesday, we went to Toa Payoh stadium for the match. Before going, however, all of us sat in the AVA room(Air-conditioned man!) and took the New South Wales test. It was really fun because we were sort of talking with each other. But then, I was sitting in a none p6 zone, so I had no chance to copy anything(Not that I was planning to)!

So after the test we went to Toa Payoh stadium. It was really boring at the beginning because it was the 3rd and 4th placing for the juniors. So we just ran of to the milo van! We spent a lot of time outside. We saw Kui Jien. Siew Yun and I were running about, taking pictures of Ms Miranti and Mrs Wong and all. We made Ms Miranti wear the yellow, school team t-shirt!

After the 3rd and 4th placing was done, 5C arrived and we did the woosh. Then the screaming truly began, we went upstairs and started screaming our lungs out. Ixora dropped one of the hand clapper things down... Well, Anna had to play against this really tough girl. Oh yeah, by the way, they were playing against Tao Nan. Sadly, they lost. 4-0. During the prize giving, we realised that all the schools except us were wearing jackets! That didn't stop us though. Siew Yun and I got more photos and we looked at their prizes. They got the trophy, a badminton racket, a racket case, a shirt, a set of pens(WONDERFUL!) and a file.

I took the orders of everybody and handed them up to Ms Miranti. Then she went to order McDonalds! We played around and ate until Mr Wong called us and then talked to us. After that, we rushed to get our food. I was having chicken McNuggets. Elena's mum brought mini cornettos. After eating and resting for a while, we went to storke again.

Soon our supporters arrived. Then we had to start the game. So we went upstairs and started to scream out lungs out again. Carolyn was first up and won, then Marissa and Rebekah lost, then Siew Yun won...

Then Joellyn and I played. We had to play a rubber set and we won! Not. We lost 10-15, 15-4 and 8-15. What a way to end the game. And I was so sad that I started crying. It was that same pair of Cannosa Convent doubles that we ALWAYS played against and always lost to except once. Boy was I mad! But good thing though, Pei Fen won her match!

We waited for the first and second placing to end. It was Yu Neng against Rosyth. We were cheering for Rosyth since Anna's dad was the coach. We were cheering and cheering. Natapon and Meng Jing played doubles! It was kind of freaky. You know, they're both really good but Meng Jing won. So in the end, Yu Neng won and now they're champions. Poor Rosyth. We went for the prize giving and we got a set of pens(WONDERFUL!), a pair of shoes, a file, a shirt and a pair of shorts. The shoes were WAY to big for me to fit! I have a picture but I haven't uploaded it yet...

Well, so at least we're in the top 4 and I have enjoyed being in the Primary School Badminton Team more than ever! I mean, we were growing so close to our juniors! Well, I'm going to join the team next year!!

When you read the title, you probably think, sure, of course! You should go for a test! But HELLO? Do you think of what type of test it is? What type of benefits it has? Of course you get a certificate but HELLO? I don't really need another one!

We are told this morning, that we can't follow the juniors to Toa Payoh stadium! So we can only go, AFTER the stupid science New South Wales thing! I mean, HELLO?? It's the FINALS! They're playing against TAO NAN! They need all the support they can GET! And with us, seniors, they will definitely have sufficient supporters!

To top it off, Ms Miranti can't come to support the seniors! She has to go for a workshop and she isn't allowed to skip it! HELLO?? She's our teacher-in-charge!

Urgh! Leave me alone to sulk!

Sadly, on Monday, we suffered quite a big loss to Yu Neng. We hadn't expected them to be SO strong! We lost 1-4. Carolyn was the one who won. And now, Joellyn and I can never make a record! But once you see who we played against, you would know how tough it is.

Well, good for our juniors, they won! So they would be getting a new racket case and a new racket, while we don't. But ah well, we all have to blame Yu Neng for that. Yu Neng has two pairs of twins. All which are very strong, SBA players.

Joellyn and I lost straight matches, 1-15, 7-15. You know, Joellyn was sort of a hypocrite. She would tell me not to hit to the SBA player, and then later, she would hit to her(I know you're reading this!). But it's crazy! The partner of the SBA player, would just stand at the corner and hit whatever comes to her, while the SBA player, would run about! PSYCHOTIC!

Well, the good thing is that we'll still get our shoes, pens, trophy, shirt and all!

Man, Siew yun held one big party. It was nearly ruined by the rain but noooo.... It was a poolside party you see. I was the third to arrive and at first I felt really out of place because although I knew who those people was, I really don't talk to them often.

So then Joellyn arrived with Charmaine. So now I had company. We started to throw these unburstable water balloons around and Charmaine and I were running like crazy. Then some more people arrived. I dragged Pei Fen along to change into my swimming costume because i didn't want my jeans to become wet. Not that it wasn't already.

So then we started going into the pool because it wasn't really raining. It was just drizzling with no thunder or lightning. Pei Fen brought a water gun so I started shooting Joellyn. Then later, Siew Yun brought down a HUGE water gun. The gun that Pei Fen brought was so inferior.

We did loads of stuff which I can't really remember. We played a bit of monkey.... Then later we all stood on the diving board and then one by one we jumped down. Then we started tossing people into the pool. As in, grab legs and body and fling. Yep. Chelsea and Sarah were the first victims but they found it incrdibly fun. So soon, bigger people had a go. Including me. But I think water go stuck in my ear.

After that we had some cake. Then we ate some food and then only a few of us went back in. Some people went to bathe. Then the real craziness started. Mei Yin poured flour on to Jade's jacket. Soon enough, the poured water on to Si lyn's head. Then Liser. It was disgusting. When someone said it was bad for their hair, Liser immediately dived down into the pool to wash it off. Mei Yin was pouring it into the pool so I resorted to drastic measures. The water gun. That drived her away. Later, there was this crazy mix going on. They were dumping sugar and flour together in the red bucket. Then they poured it on Joellyn and Si lyn! That was REALLY, REALLY DISGUSTING! I can't believe it. So Liser, Pei fen and I started making water balloons to throw at them.

But after a few water balloons, I went up with Yun Ying to go bathe since it was 6. So I bathed and then came down again. But everybody started going up. So we followed. Only Liser and Pei fen stayed down longer.

We went into the room and then Amanda started performing this really disgsuting song called 'Sexy mama'. It was gross, but it was really funny. Then they started telling disgusting jokes. At first they locked Chelsea and Sarah out because they were too young and they didn't want to pollute their minds. But then I went out and managed to drag them in. I mean, how evil is it to lock just the 2 of them outside? So then they played truth or dare. I played speed with Sarah though. I don't really like truth or dare.

But soon I had to go. I was the first to leave. I waited for awhile and then mum came. I was late for tuition.

So on Thursday we played against St Nicholas. Oh we were in the right mood. We were all really psyched. Mrs Wong wasn't going to be there because the secondary girls had their matches. So we were alone, with Ms Miranti. Well, Anna's mother came to help too. Plus, we think that Rosyth wanted us to win.

So we did. We won 3-2. YAY! Do you know what that means?? YOU DO??? YES! We're in the top 4!!! Ok, let me get on with the game. First up was Carolyn, who won her match with a rubber set against Claudia(She's not Chinese).

Then Marissa and Rebekah lost their match. But luckily it was the harder pair. So Joellyn and I had more chance of winning. But then Pei Fen lost next. So Joellyn and i felt the pressure. It was scary dude! But we won! erm.... I forgot the score. Let me ask Joellyn then I'll change it.

So now it was up to Siew yun to win. We were all screaming like crazy. It was so tense! Siew yun WON! VICTORY FOR SCGS! We all screamed so much that half of us got sore throats. Joellyn said,"What a great way to end a weekend." I bought strepsils later. And Claudia gave all of us 'the look'. Who cares? We WON!! WOOT!

Tomorrow we will play against Yu Neng. The school with 2 China girls who are good. So we have to buck up. Because we are SO going to fight for the 1st and 2nd place.

Well, that all happened on Wednesday. But I don't come with the happiest news. We played against Rosyth and we lost 2-3. Sad huh? Actually, I didn't really realise until I got home. I thought we had won. But sigh...

Anyway, Joellyn and I won our match with a rubber set. I thought I was going to die for the last few points. We won 8-15, 15-13 and 15-12. Yep, tough game. We weren't playing very well though.

Marissa and Rebekah both played singles. Poor Rebekah had to play against Natapon(sp?). Pei Fen and Siew yun were down for doubles but they lost. Sadly. So that's the few games that we lost. Carolyn played singles and won. So at least we weren't trashed!

On thursday we played against St Nicholas but that's a different story.

Today we played against Raffles Girls Primary School. We won 3-2. Joellyn and I, Pei Fen and Carolyn won our matches. This Wednesday, we will face Rosyth(pronounced Ro-sai). It's kind of freaky because they ARE the number 1...

Anyway, during Marissa and Rebekah's match, did all these stuff to support them. We had 2 cheers and 1 wave. For the wave, Chelsea, Joellyn and I took our towels, and I would start first, shouting,'1!'. Then Chelsea would go '2!', then Joellyn would go, '3!' We also had a cheer that was fun. I would go, "Go Marissa!", then Chelsea would go, "Go Rebekah!" and then Joellyn would go, "You can do it!" and then at the same time, we would all yell, "Jia you!". We always cracked up after that. Which we did many, many times! Oh yes, if the opposition got a point, we would change the 'go' into a 'come on'. Chelsea hardly ever got that right. The third one was a cheer that went along to the tune of 'Olay, olay'. It went:

Go Marissa and Rebekah, Marissa, Rebekah! Go Marissa and Rebekah, Marissa,
Rebekah.

And so on. It's a pity they lost though.

Joellyn and I played after them because Siew Yun went to the other court to play because most of the other matches had finished. We won 15-1, 15-3. We hit the same girl's head twice. Sigh. I apologised to her at the end of the game. I was like, "Sorry for hitting you so many times."

Carolyn's match was the deciding one. Joellyn created another cheer! It went:

Go Carolyn, you can do it! Go Carolyn, you can do it! Jia you, jia you, jia jia
you!

Well, Chelsea and I would always add another 'you' at the end. We thought it was nicer that way.

So we won. Mrs Wong wasn't too happy though. It doesn't matter. Wednesday, Rosyth. Man, we've got a tough fight.

Two days ago, SCGS vsed Canossa Convent. And guess what?? We finally beat them(but all isn't so great)! There's more! Joellyn and I actually beat that pair of doubles that we always lost to! So HAP-PEY! We beat them 3-2. Actually, at first we were planning to lose but since Canossa wanted to lose too, we had to fight.

Well, the people who lost their matches was Marissa(But it was her first ever time playing singles! She's quite good!) and Carolyn(the person was very strong! The lobs are practically killer!). Joellyn won our game 15-5, 15-3.

Now with that over, we are on to the second round. We're in the top 8. The problem is. we are in the same group as Rosyth(pronounced Ro-sai) and St Nicholas! Do you know who they are?? Number 1 and number 3 last year, respectively! AHH!!

I can't say it was very enjoyable. The weather was hot, my hat was crushed and I blacked out during the March past. Is that good? I don't think so. I arrived half an hour early for Sports day, and so did about half the school. Joellyn and I followed Ms Miranti around and went inside. I put my hat and bag down with Joellyn while I went to find Ms Koh and Mrs Zakaria. I helped to mark attencdance and then we went on to the field. I was perfectly fine at firs.t But then we sang the school song. It started to get blurry and when the school song ended, I had to squat down.

I went to the First Aid place and Monica came to visit me. The person was fanning me. I was ok after a while so I went back up. I changed into my PE uniform and then I watched the thing. Oh yes, I came back, my hat was crushed. Seriously. So much for going into an exhibition.

I went to sit with Caren, Mona and Kelly. We just sat around, really. Pretty boring. Caren and I decided to cheer after awhile. Seriously, it was utterly boring!! Later, Caren told me that our class had won the Mad Hatters! JOY! Then we had to go to the competitors shed to get ready for the CCA relay. Turns out, I was going to be running against Caren. The most joyous part, Siew Yun wasn't going to run. Anna was going to take her place. But we didn't win anyway. Apparently, some people become such bosses when they are under stress. We couldn't find Anna so Pei Fen and I went to look. When we came back and couldn't find her, "I TOLD you not to go look." I'm sorry that we're trying to find somebody who is crucial for us.

According to some people, Pei Fen stepped out of the line. And said that she walked. That's just totally stupid. We came in 3rd and when I went back and collected my bags, someone said that Pei Fen didn't want to play. I mean, WHAT THE FREAKING SHIT IS WRONG WITH HER? She's such a freak. We don't even know whether we have to LOSE YET! She's just jeopadising the whole team. If we get into the top 4, she wouldn't deserve a thing.

Yesterday, Pei Wei, Mona, Caren, Jia Ying, Sherilyn, Pei Li, Pei Ting, Joellyn, Marissa and Carolyn came to my house for the party. Carolyn was the first to arrive at about 11. I was amazed! Then Caren and Mona came so she read an Archie Comic while we worked on our SS project.

Then Sherilyn arrived. So after a few more arrived, we started Sky High. We ate some chips first. Then we had to go cut the cake and we paused the tape in a very funny way. Layla was scrunching her face up. My cake was an Oreo Cheesecake. We just cut it first. We hadn't even eaten lunch yet! So we ate a lunch of Seaweed Chicken and Pizza. Yum, and totally fatty.

They hid my presents and I found them. I could not find Pei Li and Pei Ting's one. So I had to call them so many times. I opened all the presents and I like the one that Pei Wei gave me. It's a panda! It's so cute! It's got a squishy butt. Guess what I called it? Pei Wei! HAHAHA....

So we had the Amazing Race. I can tell my friends didn't enjoy it much. All of us pretty much got stuck on the first clue. But after that things went quite smoothly. Stupid us, forgot to bring water. Half way through, Caren had to leave so Joellyn joined Marissa and I since we had already formed and alliance. So we finished first. Jia Ying and Carolyn gave up and Pei Wei, Sherilyn and Mona came in 2nd.

We ate cake and drank water and then we played Queen of Sheeba. I think we were all in hysterics. My group won! Then we played Blind man's Buff and Marco Polo. All very fun. Joellyn and Marissa were the last to leave.

I guess that explains it quite well huh? Well, last Saturday, Joellyn, Marissa and I went to Plaza Singapura to watch Yours, Mine and Ours. My ticket was being payed for. Marissa and I were planning to play an April Fools joke on Joellyn but we pulled out. After meeting, we(or I) bought some stuff. The stuff were badges, pencils, pens, magnets and eraser keychains. Those stuff were for the party on Sunday.

So then after that we had to rush for the movie. Well, the rush wasn't really worth it. We had to wait for so many advertisments to pass! Marissa and I each bought a combo set of a large popcorn and a soft drink. Joellyn bought a Vanilla Coke. Halfway through the movie, we both finished the popcorn. The only difference was that I finished it on my own. Joellyn and Marissa shared. Plus they ate half the box by the time the movie started. I had only eat one fifth.

After the movie, I forced Joellyn to go take neoprints. There was this bunch of girls who took so long in the booth. We finally finished and went to decorate. Joellyn decorated hers much nicer. Marissa's and mine was so blank.

After that, we went to Grandlink and Marissa and I ate fries. It was worth 2 dollars and so much more resonable than the Hougang one. It was HUGE! I helped Marissa finish most of it, then I had to pack the rest and we had to go for training.

I had to stay up really late, playing games on my handphone. Right after training, I had to go to my mum's workshop. Got home just before 12.
