MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!

I am supposed to be cramming my holiday homework now, and I came online to check my email. Somehow I wandered upon blogger and here I am. I thought it was time to post again anyway, I have been planning too for a while, but I'm a busy busy girl(who's watching her Jap dramas).

Anyway, this Christmas was an ok one. Nothing spectacular really. I mean, the tree was up, the presents were under it but something this year doesn't make it so Christmas-y. Maybe it's the fact that I have gotten presents yet. Yeah. Yet. I'll get round to it... By next Christmas? I've just been really busy with invest stuff and I don't know who to go out with... Pei Ting and I were supposed to go out but she WENT AWAY TO EUROPE FOR THE HALF OF DECEMBER.

So anyway, Christmas Eve dinner was really quiet this year. No cousins, no aunts, no uncles, no being chucked away to the side table because we were younger and there was no space at the big table. On Christmas Day we opened our presents and I got:

After the present opening we went out for lunch to Amici. It's this Italian restaurant with paintings on the wall. It just so happened that I sat at the end of the table, the wall part, and whenever I turned my head, I would see this lady in the painting's -ahem- booty. Once I was talking about canto with my sis and then I whacked the wall. At first I didn't realise it but then my sister pointed it out so... *Cough cough* Anyway, the food was really good and the service too. So yeah. It had 5 courses!

So anyway, Christmas is way over, and I didn't do anything on BOxing Day either. Sad little girl, I know. I have no social life or something. Anyway. I need to go cram more homework! Or sleep! Invest again tomorrow...

Oh, I found out what class I'm in next year, 2GY!! YEAH! It's got loads of 6G'06 people inside, like Qi Ying, Pei Wei, Jia YIng, Kelly, Rebecca Loh, Megan... Then there's lot og 1GY people coming over too... Like Tisa, Sha, Faeqa, Sydney, Ami... Plus quite a few more! Then there may be a little some stuff that might not make me so happy to be in the class, but HEY! There's more good than not so good there. I shall ENJOY SEC 2!! CHARGE!

Even more than mapi I should think... Muahahaha!! I just watched Lovely Complex Live(which is based on a manga-aren't they all?-where he's really short and this girl is really tall so they can't find anybody who likes them for them, not their height or anything)... Actually, I don't think the movie's great, I watch it for Koike. Hee. I don't even like the girl anyway. If she's the one Pei Ting was talking about, I agree with her man!! Heh, this is only the second show I've watched him act in(the other was Dragon Zakura) and it's amazing how I can like him more than pi... But yeah. Look at the picture! How can you not like him right? =)

YEsterday we had invest prac for our scene, but only four of us turned up(Dan, Eryn, Carolyn and I). So we sort of learned and continued the dance. Of course, we were so focused that we completely forgot that our bags were out in the open when it started raining! Thankfully the aunty told us, or else... -Shivers-

So basically after the one of dancing, we decided to go out for breakfast. Eryn had to go for dance though. So we went to Taka but missed the stop and ended up stopping outside the Heeren and we had to walk in the drizzle. We decided to go eat at pepper lunch but due to it having the name pepper LUNCH, it only opened at 11 so we sort of walked around taka looking at all the useless but really cute stuff...

So we finally had lunch, I had my usual and Dan was adding sauces like crazy to her Curry Beef Pepper Rice. Then after eating, she started tenderising the beef, which is really disturbing. Carolyn and I just sat there, staring at here, speechless.

After lunch Carolyn had to go so Dan and I just walked around a little more, she started singing Linkin Park's "Bleat(Bleed?) it out in the middle of the mall... Then she was like,"Spastic enter!" and that just reminded me of Nobuta... So I did the "Nobuta Power, enter!" thing... =) And then she followed me.

After a little more of her shopping, I found out that she is as indecisive as me! Anyway, we went off later, and this guy stopped us and I ended up donating 10 bucks. Darn.

WHOOT!!!!!!! The internet is FINALLY working on the outside computer. Thanks to my wonderful older sister of course, who took lik, 2 hours doing it... I am using the internet now! YAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! We just got the new modem and router on Sunday... After don't know how long of bugging my mum and sis, finally!

I just came back from Malaysia yesterday! It was a surprisingly fun but short trip... The bus there was pretty fast and really empty so it was really comfy... My aunt picked us up, along with my cousin Jee An. Talked to Jee An and looked at his phone on the way back... When we got back we ate some food and then we played Bejeweled on my aunt's computer! The game is SO addictive! My two aunts, Jee An and I all crowded around the computer and we would point out all the places. So fun!

The next day I woke up, and I got a cold! I was sneezing like crazy and felt really tired... But I'm a strong girl! =) So we went out... We had breakfast first, then we went out to pick up my other cousin, Jee Ying. Then we went over to my aunt's shop and we sort of hung around while our parents shopped. After a while, Jee Ying, Jee An, Peng Yi and my grandmother went down to eat some stuff. Then finally, we, without my mum and my aunt and my grandmother and Peng Yi, went to 1 Utama to shop first. Of course, without my mother I'm pretty broke. So we just walked around. Jee An got a shirt that said "I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it". That's SO CUTE!! We later had tea at Dave's Deli and the chef gave us this free Christmas pudding thing with butterscotch sauce and ice-cream. YUM!

That night we had a belated birthday dinner for my grandma, a lot of my family was there, like my aunts, my uncles, my granuncle, and cousins... We basically ate vegetarian since my grandma is vegetarian. I was having a cold and wasn't thinking properly so my uncle, being mean, was like, "Watch out for the bones(in the fish)" and I just went, "ok". It actually took me a few seconds to realise why everybody was laughing at me... Anyway, afterwaards we took loads of photos which I will eventually post...

So basically, we shopped for the other two days... My list of things I bought:

3) Grey tunic hoodie
4) Turquoise-y skirt
5) Pink don't know what brand shirt
6) White "Flying Ankle Boot" shirt
7) Pair of black shoes

and that should be about it I think... It's a pretty god haul I should think. I LOVE the hoodie. =)

Yesterday was the basketball game at the Indoor Stadium. I didn't really know what to expect but it was pretty fun actually! The place actually looked like a real basketball place and the game was the Singapore Slingers vs. Brisbane Bullets. It's kind of obvious who would win right? But you're wrong. The Singapore Slingers won with 119 points. Apparently that's a first.

The place was mostly packed with foreigners and stuff, just like the Singapore team. The Singapore Slingers had a total of 3 Singaporeans in the team, all of which were pretty useless when it came to playing. The Brisbane Bullets actually had plenty of chances to score but no matter how many times they tried to shoot they couldn't really go in... Did I mention the people are REALLY tall? Like, the tallest Singapore Slinger was 208cm. That doesn't mean that they're the best players though. They can be a little clumsy. There was one guy, who did a slam dunk! He shot it in and hung onto the net! Ultra cool man!

I also got to eat a Mars Bar, chips and have a Sprite... I wanted one of those fingers but my mum said no... =( After the game I was sent home and I spent the rest of the night watching tv...

Then today was the Cheers competition... It took like, 50 minutes to get to the SBA!! So long!! Anyway, I basically got there, registered... I saw MS Cheong there! She was the registration person and at first I was wondering whether it was really her because she plays basketball, what would she be doing there? But it was her so yeah. After that I talked to Rachel and stuff, warmed up...

Siew Yun, Cherri and Antje came to support us! Plus, Jocelyn was there too even though I didn't really talk to her but yeah. Our match was delayed for like, 20 minutes but we did play anyway. We won like 21 something and 21 something. =)

I had to line judge for the next match and MAN it was boring. They had a rubber set which went like, 1-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-2. You get the picture. It finally ended and I went home soon after...

My mum, her friend and I were supposed to go watch a basketball game on Saturday, but it turned out that it was the next day so we ended up going to Marina Square to watch a movie instead. I got to choose and since there wasn't anything else interested, I decided to watch Enchanted again!

Went to eat a quick dinner before the movie at this Japanese style pasta place... It was actually quite good! So then we went for the movie, and as usual, it's awesome! James Marsden is ultra funny in the movie... The songs are really cute too... Now I want the soundtrack...

After the movie, we went for some desert at this place called Changing Appetites. It really makes people change appetites! I didn't want anything cold or ice cream or anything but then we went there and I ordered a Oreo milkshake and a mudpie. Yum-MY!

So then after that I went home... Full and content.

Well, Christmas is around the corner and last Friday, we finally put up the Christmas tree! We, meaning Pei Li and I. If it weren't for her, actually I wouldn't have gotten round to it at all! So,

So anyway, she came over after my invest prac and we tried to figure out where to put the tree. I seriously remember the tree being taller but I must have grown! The tree fits perfectly into the entrance hall. But then we didn't know where to put it, so I smsed my mum asking her if I could put it just before the staircase. While waiting for her reply we played tahiti! It's SOOO addictive. Pei Li would start laughing like a maniac for some little odd reason every single time, which made me start laughing and then we would both be giggling and laughing away for no particular reason at all. So fun! =D

So we finally got the reply and we set up the Christmas tree! Then we decorated, it's pretty baubly with some stars and santa clauses around... Then Pei Li created this whole new sport for Christmas! It's called "throwing the christmas present on to the tree without it falling off the branches". Not real Christmas presents, as in the plastic decoration ones. I managed to do it twice! HA!

So anyway, we played more tahiti after that and she took a video and picture of the tree with the pretty little lights! More tahiti. She's a meanie when she plays against me!!!!
