This year, yet again, I went to Family night! But this time I was going as a student volunteer, with Tisa, Mariann and Debbie, to help out with the bouncy castles instead of being a guest. I had to be in school at 5, which left me with time to go home change and then leave immediately after getting home from Teachers' Day lunch. I actually needn't have got there so early because the teacher didn't come until later, but it was still good because it's better early than late!

So anyway, after like, half an hour we met this lady who told us what we had to do and then we went to the big bouncy castle and we started to play on it first! =) Then we had dinner which was at usual, from seoul garden and loads of lemonade before going to start our duty. At first it was pretty crowded, then not so much. There was this really cute little boy who we found to be Mrs Boh's child and he was SOOOO cute!! I helped to push him up to the bouncy castle, and he would slide down, then we'd do it again.

We then had our first 15 minutes break where we went to do the candle making sand art and we got tatoos done! Mariann, Tisa and I all got the same different one and put around the same arm and we became the barefoot bouncicles! We were barefoot because we had to go onto the bouncy castles a lot to help the children and were too lazy to keep putting them on and taking them off. And we were the bouncicles because we were in charge of the bouncy castles! =) So that's about all we did for that break.

We then went to do our second duty at the big bouncy castle and we would sit on the side's of the entrance and control the number of people going in at a time. Afterwards we had our second break where we started late becuase the other shift came late. We went to the disco to dance! We found Anuria and Sagarika(sp?) and started dancing with them. It was really fun but we had to go pretty soon and we got drinks for the shift we were taking over and then went back for our next shift. That shift was very busy so we had to time them also. Mariann's very good with children, 10 seconds before the group ended, she would start counting down and they would count along with them. Later, during another shift, we would do the chicken dance and the reverse chicken dance to entertain them. We would start dancing also on both bouncy the bouncy castles during our duty which was quite entertaining to the children I guess. That, or they thought we were complete psychos. The parents would be smiling at us. =D

Finally it was 10 and we had some ice-cream and then went home. ULTRA FUNNESS! We made a pact to go again next year, TOGETHER
