Date ; Sunday, April 22, 2007 Time ; 12:23 PM Title ; SC vs. PL Since we already had no chance to get into top 4, we didn't really have that much stress during the game I guess... Anyway, played this game last Thursday(so long ago, I know)... Let's see... Denyse, Sarah, Shu Yin and Ying Yi came to support us... Smily started the game off and she won!! With a rubber set, if I remember correctly. Then, Caryl and Kah Yeen played first doubles... And they won too... I can't remember whether with a rubber set or not. During their game, the two PL girls dived for the same shot, and one girl hit her head really hard. The balaku was really obvious. It must have hurt a lot because she kept pressing her forehead and she looked as if she were going to cry. I would have, being the ceybaby that I am. Anyway, Pei Fen played second singles against this girl who is quite good but I think she played really well even though I didn't see half the match but she lost. Sadly. I played second doubles and I must say, I'm really disappointed with myself for losing. I can't really remember the score anymore but It's just that I know I didn't play well. I made SO many mistakes and I could have honestly beaten that team and won! But nooo... Sigh. Siew Yun played third singles and she lost after a fight too. So yeah. We didn't do too well did we? We lost every single game in the top 8 round. Way to boost my self esteem. |
