PREPARE FOR THE LONGEST POST EVER.

Yesterday we had to go to school for the Sec 1 orientation done by the prefects and it was so darn FUN!! My group was called Medicated Oil(18!). First, the prefects ran around the hall and painted these numbers on to everybody(the group number). Then we went to our group and played Ice Breakers. My leaders were Ling Yu and Chua En(or something like that...). They were really fun, hyper and enthu. My whole group was! Anyway, Ling Yu first gave everybody a bottle of medicated oil, so that we could use it and smell like it.

We first played Whacko and it was better than the one during the other orientation because we sort of knew everybody's names so we weren't that confused. Whenever somebody called Chua En or Ling Yu's name, they would start screaming and trying to back away from the person. After a while, we played Splat. Baically the person in the middle calls out somebody's name, then that somebody squats down and the two people beside that person have to turn around, hold both hands up and shout,"Splat!". The person with the slow reaction would go into the middle. Later, we joined Red Bull and played double whacko. It was really fun!

After the Ice breakers, we watched this video which nobody understood. Then the prefects explained that we were supposed to go to these stations and and follow clues and all. For each clue, we each had to guess the brand of something through the tag line.

Station 1(Pocky)
We went to the Gallery 1 and we had to play that Straw and rubber band game(where you put the straw in your mouth and pass the rubber band), just that we did it with Pocky and Cheezels. We had to wait a while before the other group came and then we battled. I accidentally dropped it while giving it to the next person. Oops. Our group lost that one.

Station 2
We went to the amphitheatre and we had to wait for another 2 groups to finish their game before playing. It looked really freaky!! We were supposed to wear balloons around our legs and then run around and try to burst the other teams balloons. While waiting for our turn, we planned our cheer and it went like this:

So anyway, we went to play the balloon game. Faeqa crushed the balloon I was trying to crush but was too scared too. I didn't really burst anything. I ran away more than anything. I was terrified about my balloon being burst. Our group won that game. Yay!

Station 3
This station is the grossest ever. We had to take of our shoes on the field and then get down on our knees and crawl along this mat with soap, shampoo, and broken eggs carrying a spoon in our mouth with a egg on it. I would NEVER have done it in my life. Oh. My. God. I freaked out first. But I did it anyway. Faeqa was the best at it. She just glided across the whole thing without dropping the egg. I dropped the egg loads of times, our egg never broke. Until the last one(Faeqa went twice), when she got up, the egg dropped and broke on her feet. We lost this one again. We did our cheer again, and then we also gave the game masters a sexy clap. We clap our hands once, then we "whistle" while doind these hand actions. We got bonus points for that! ;)Then, we picked up our shoes and walked across the field, barefooted. We went to the toilet and washed our feet and then I put my shoes on.

We then walked in a straight line and Ling Yu figured out a way to do attendance. She would shout "One!" Then the next person would shout "Two!" All the way till 12. There was one group behind us, so they continued shouting "Thirteen!" It was really funny.

Station 4(FedEx)
We went to the Primary Courtyard and waited for the next group. It was like a relay. We had to run to our group leader, who was holding a pen and a piece of paper, and then we had to sign our names(which nobody really did) and then run back and the next person would do the same. Our group lost that one too... Sad. But we did our cheer again and our sexy clap. That gave us bonus points. The game masters were always very flattered.

Station 5
We had to go to the Canteen. Again, we had to wait for the other group to start and finish. What we were supposed to do, we had to close our eyes and walk on the benches in this maze and get to the end. It didn't actually look that hard, but when it was our turn, it was seriously scary!! We went over our time limit sadly. But we did our cheer again and got a bonus point. But we weren't done yet. We gave yet another sexy clap. Then we formed a circle around our game masters and sang the Barney song. When it came to the "with a great big hug", we would all rush forward and hug the game masters. The game masters were shouting,"Demerit!! Demerit!" But then we ran away.

Station 6(Mentos, I think)
I'm not very sure if this was our next station, but I think so. We went to the Coy pond and half the group(including me) had to dig our hands into this bucket filled with slime and reach for Mentos and throw it into the other bucket which the other half of the group was holding. For our group, we just threw it anyhow, only a few got in. So basically, we lost. We ran to the toilet to wash our hands but they were still a bit greenish yellowish. We did our cheer again, the Barney song and the sexy clap again. It's very effective you know. When we still wanted one more, we would go "Duo yi ge duo yi ge zai duo yi ge!" For those people who don't understand, it's the marigold jelly thing...

Station 7
We went back to the track and we had to play tug-of-war against Nike. It was really funny and easy. We won 2 out of 2 games! First round, Ling Yu and Chua En helped us. We won really fast, and caused Nike to all fall down. So the next turn, Chua En stepped out and the Nike leader went to help her team. But we still won really easily, and caused them all to fall down again! Then we had to choose a forfeit for Nike. Ling Yu decided that we make them walk around the track and shout,"We love Medicated Oil!" When we couldn't hear them, we would shout,"WE CAN'T HEAR YOU!!" But we also cheered them on. When they finished we gave them a macho clap. It's basically one clap and then do a macho pose. We also gave them three cheers. We then did our cheer for the game masters, did the sexy clap, and as usual try to get more stickers.

Station 8(Oxy5)
What we had to do was put a balloon in between our head and our partners and move. First I was partnering Rachel H. and Faeqa was partnering this really tall girl(she's really nice but I never got round to getting her name!). But then the tall girl had to bend really low in order to but the balloon between their two heads. So I partnered her instead and Faeqa partnered Rachel H. Our group won by three people I think. When the tall girl and I reached the end and Melissa(one of the game masters) was trying to get our balloon from between our foreheads, we dropped it and it burst. We did our Barney song and sexy clap and cheer again. Yay! We had SO much fun doing it everytime.

While walking to our next station, we started singing this song. The Everywhere we go song?? We just copy what the leader says. So it goes like this(without the repeating)

Station 9
We had to play Poison Ball for this station. But first we did our cheer. We were going against Pocky. They're cheer was sort of cute, but the team wasn't really doing it. It went like,"P-O-C-K YYYYY!" Then did ours again and we got 3 stickers for that! Yay! Then we played Poison Ball. I think I'm not bad at it. First round, Medicated Oil went into the circle. Three people were left at the end. Round 2, Pocky went in and at the end of the round, nobody was left! Yahoo!! But we only got one more sticker because we got three at the beginning. We did the sexy clap and the Barney song again. And the Marigold Jelly song.

We did the "Everywhere We Go" Song again. Just that this time, they accidentally switched the "Who we are, Where we're from" part. But it was still very fun. A prefect just joined our group even though she wasn't part of it.

Station 10
That was our official last station. We had to wait for another group to come before we started playing. The prefects were dumping buckets of water onto each other. Finally Marigold came and we played against them. We had to hold open these mats and collect water that was being thrown from the Second Level of the sports complex. They threw water balloons and buckets of water. I think our group won. Later, the prefects tried to dump water onto Ling Yu. The game masters gave us the bucket and were like,"If you dump it on Ling Yu we'll give you more stickers". But we didn't want to. Because it's evil. So what we did was sneak up behind the two game masters and dumped the water on them instead! But we got some on Ling Yu too. Oops. We did the Barney song and our cheer and we got like, one bonus sticker so we did the Marigold Jelly song, but they still wouldn't give it to us. Sniff.

Last Station
We took forever to find it! By then we were all really exhausted so our enthusiasm was sort of dying out, even though Ling Yu and Chua En's weren't. We had to go all the way to level four and then we walked around the place, with Mona's group, trying to find the antenae. Finally we found it and went back to the hall.

We were exhausted! I drank half my bottle of water at one shot. We had 34 stickers and we weren't first. Sniff. We sat in a circle and ate some of the gummies they gave us and then we decided to go play Blow Wind Blow with another group. But then we changed our mind and modified our cheer. Now it went,

After that we had to go do our reflection, and according to Ling Yu, we were all giving her the "sian" look. We all were really dead. Later every group had to do a cheer. We were second and did ours. Just that at the end, after blowing the kiss, we opened our bottles, put on some of the oil and then went "I feel good! Nanananana"

Our group didn't win first for stickers, sadly. We came in third. Tiger beer won I think. But we still got these apple yupi rings. I met Eunice halfway while walking to the Bus Stop again.
