For those people who think my class is guai: WE AREN'T.
Well, it all started with someone pulling my hair. Namely, Fiona. I was just playing around with Sherilyn when she just came by and pulled it really hard. Like, I even shouted 'Ouch'. While Fiona was pulling my hair, I heard this huge 'PYAK' sound. It turns out Jun had hit her. After that, Fiona took Jun's pencil box. So Jun went over and took Fiona's pencil box and threw it on the floor. Then Fiona went over to Jun's books and threw them at the window. If the blinds had not been down, out they would have gone!
Ms Koh came in at that moment and asked what had happened. I don't really know, it all happened so fast. So other people filled Ms Koh in. So after that, Ms Koh got really angry and she threw Jun's pencil box and three of Fiona's books. Fiona started to cry then.
During recess, Pei Wei, Sherilyn, Mona and I stayed back in class for bu ke. We practised our oral since it's this Friday(sorry to remind you all!). Madam Lieu came in and made us read, then we were each given points. I got 16, Mona got 15, Pei Wei got 15 and Sherilyn got 16. Actually, Sherilyn was supposed to get 17 but according to Madam Lieu, she sort of messed up the last part. I couldn't tell.
When we came back to class, Ying X2 told us that Fiona had told Ms Kwok. We went through a whole round of talking and the class told the story. Fiona only told Ms Kwok the part where Jun hit her, conveniently forgetting that she threw Jun's books. I felt really sorry that Jun got scolded because she was just trying to make Fiona stop pulling my hair. THANKS JUN!
I got a gold again! Thank you, thank you, I know I'm great. Ok, just kidding. Well, NAPFA was last thursday. And sadly, I came in second this year. DENYSE beat me!! SNIFF! P5 girl... My timing was 9.03 seconds. HAHA! Just kidding again. It was 9.03 minutes. I actually walked this year because i had this horrible horrible stitch and whenever I tried to jog, it hurt so much! I mean, I'd so put up with second than die on the tracks!
Well, stayed back after school. I went around with Jia Ying since there was no Caren, no Mona. I was really, really scared for my inclined pull-ups because during PE, i can only do 5! Well, I did sit and reach first. I got the same stretchiness as Jia Ying but GUESS WHAT? Because she's 11, she's gets a B! I got a C! I stretched 36cm. Sad huh? Went on to incline pull-ups next. I had to wait for the 6SE girls first before i went. I did 13! That's very good! I think for the past few years, I always got a C! Jia Ying did 8.
While I was lining up for shuttle run, I met Denyse and do you know how many incline pull-ups she did? 45. Right. No mistake. 45. That's ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! Well, I did my shuttle run in 11.1 seconds. So i didn't have to go again! Yay! after Jia Ying ran, we headed off to do sit-ups. I did 37! I had to wait for a super long time before we went. When we were there, 6P was still there! Can you believe it? We just cut through the 6SE girls.
Went for standing broad jump next. The girl in front of me, she would be doing it half way, then start laughing. It was sort of funny, sort of irritating. Ah well. I jumped 172cm. YAY! Highest in class was jumped by Hui Ning with a distance of 184cm. So well, it's not too bad. When I calculated my score, I was shocked! I actually got 27 points! For the past 2 years, I always got 25 points! Well, add another gold, what's the diff? YEAH MAN!
Well, It the first week of school is OVER. It wasn't too bad. I survived! Anyway, we went to Chinatown on Thursday and Sungei Buloh Wet Reserve on Friday. They were really fun. It was organised by the people who did the Maths Trail last year!
On Thursday, we actually got to choose our group and because Caren wasn't here, I partnered Pei Wei. Somehow, Mona and Jia Ying got pushed behind so we got into a group with Ying Ying and Hui Ning. But the good thing is that we were still travelling together. Our guide was called Parvin(sp?) and she was really nice. We walked around Chinatown and Hui Ning bought some chestnuts. By the end of the trail, Hui Ning achieved a nickname. CHESTNUT! So now when I call her chestnut, she goes coconut. Then I fight back. And it goes on for quite a while. I brought my camera along. There were these really cute buildings. I won the certificate for the most enthusiastic or whatever person.
On Friday, we went to the Sungei Buloh Wet Reserve. Caren came. I was PLANNING on being in the same group as hers along with Mona and Jia Ying. But some people took so long to get into groups that Ms Koh arranged us. So I had Fiona, Sarah and Mona in my group. I was appointed group leader(DUH. That's not to sound conceited or anything. But people in my class usually do that. It's always either me or Caren.) Fiona and Sarah didn't bother to follow and Mona didn't exactly catch up. So I was walking with Caren, then Rachel, then I don't know! All sorts of people. Mostly Lizzy Heng though. During our break, we brought better food than usual to hold a party for Caren. Though I don't really think she knew that. I saw Monitor Lizards, ants, birds, fish, blah blah blah.... Caren's group won the popular vouchers. After Caren gave everybody one, she then told me, that she actually got all the answers from me, and her group didn't do anything! So she was saying that I should have gotten $10... We were listening to High School Musical songs on the way back to school at top volume. but it still wasn't very loud. Jia Ying and I were singing along.
When we got back to school, we followed Caren up to get her things and then we went down to the canteen and Pei Wei, Sherilyn, Ying Ying, Hui Ning and can't remember who, talked to Caren until school ended. Then we walked her to the very edge of the school and started waving and shouting good bye. Ok, NOBODY BOTHER TO ASK ME WHERE SHE'S GONE TO. I shall just tell you now. She's going back to Penang this August. HAPPY? You'd better be. I gave her a shell necklace.
