Title ; Over the Hedge and Duty

On Wednesday, I had duty in the morning for Report Book Day. I have to say the Debbie, Yan Ru and I got the best place. We had water and seats and the tip of our fingers! Guess! OF COURSE! The canteen!

At first we were really busy greeting and directing parents. After a while everything slowed down. We got occasional visits from prefects who were thirsty. Once, we got so bored, we sang 100 bottles of beer on the wall. The visiting prefects found us amusing yet annoying at the same time. It's called boredom curing.

Soon, Debbie and Yan ru went for their break and I was left to attend to the parents alone for a while. The meepok shop was open so quite a few prefects went to buy. I went for my break later and got a few pringles and cake. Then I went down and bought Meepok.

After a while I met mum and saw my report book. There was only one B! Yay! For maths, of course! Yan Ru always sat on me, not that I minded. Whenever a parent came by, we would jump up and run to greet them. Later, the afternoon duty prefects came and we were telling jokes. Totally lost interest in work.

After duty, I changed and went down to the dance studio and met Pei Wei. We took a bus to Newton MRT and met Mona. I was calling her and she asked me to go down the escalator. When we were halfway down, I finally noticed she was right at the bottom! We took the MRT to Plaza Singapura and met Jia Ying when we were crossing the road because apparently, she was on the same MRT as us!

We went to buy our movie tickets first and then went down to McDonalds to eat lunch. At least Pei Wei and I. I hate chicken nuggets and fries. We walked around and then went to take neoprints. There was this huge confusion and finally Pei Wei and I ended up paying half each. The machine was not great. Right after we took one photo, it will start counting down again! So you can sort of tell... I was the only one who had taken more than 8 neoprints.

After that we went up to spotlight and spent plenty time trying to find strings for Jia Ying. Finally, Pei Wei asked and we found it at a place we had passed so many times! We realy rushed to get to the cinema after that. Pei Wei and I bought gummies. Jia Ying had dropped her EZ link card.

The movie wasn't great... Hammy is so cute!

I'm going to watch X3 with Joellyn this monday! WOOT!
