Title ; A Christmas Eve Party

Ok, first of all, there will be 2 more posts coming up after this. So anyway, on the 24th of Dec, is christmas eve! And everybody knows that. So I went to my dad's house and we had a christmas dinner.

So when everyone came, we were sort of sitting in the study room watching 'Unfabulous' on Nickleodeon. After the show we went out so that everyone won't think that we were hiding. -A lot of hand shaking and 'Merry Christmas'ing.- So we stole a few Satays and then we went to sit down at the table. Besides the 3 of us, there was also our GrandUncle Eric and his girlfriend, Adeline. So we ate satay, goose, curry, lamb and mashed potato. We talked to them and they are really quite friendly. Adeline, was a former SCGS girl. Yay! So all of us sort of got along well I guess. But about the table is that there was one big 10 seater table, and then near it, is a small round table. That was where the 5 of us were chucked. After the dinner, we had log cake and ice-cream. Really fattening.

Then we just walked and talked. That's when we started the tour. Dad and I were the tour leaders. So we showed them the kitchen, bathroom, store room and study. Then we went upstairs. We saw the master bed room which has a walk-in closet and the toilet is really cool. Then the 'ceiling' opened up and you can sort of see the sky. Then we went to Kevin's room, sort of looked at Alistar's room and then to the gym. Sigh, dad just can't keep people away from his metabolic age weighing machine. The idea of the weighing machine is that the person steps on the the machine. Not only does it take your weight, it sends this electric current through you and it will tell you all sorts of things. Like you bone mass, water content and things like that. And the metabolic age thing, it will tell you how old you are according to all your things. So dad did a demo, and then Adeline got on to it. She's 32 and her metabolic age is 18. My granduncle was reluctant to do it but he did it anyway. He's 34 and his metabolic age was 24.

Ok, now you're probably wondering. Did I type this granduncle thing right? Yes! As a matter of fact. He IS my grand uncle. I'm not THAT sure of the relation but it has somthing to do with a second wife. I was really shocked when I heard that. I thought he was our uncle. So it means that he is a senior to my father. That is really weird.

When we were about to go home, we took the presents from our grand aunt which was ont this low table. I took my eldest sister's, my second sister's and my mum's. Guess what? I was looking for MY present and guess what?? It WASN'T THERE!! I feel so neglected. I was absolutely forgotten. One less christmas present. It is so sad! Then when I saw what the presents were, I really wasn't that sad. My biggest sister got a disney towel, and Monica got stickers. My mum got a photo album which was pretty reasonable but STILL!! I was forgotten. Sigh. Never mind.
